Overall exceptionally comfortable and cool hotel, I came here with my 5 month old baby. The location was great: various stores and convenience stores were within walking distance. The place was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Yang Chow Restaurant, where you can have dinner. Everything was simply great.

In Chinatown which feels like a safe part of town, with some great restaurants and shops in the area. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay though served on plastic plates and cutlery, which in this present time of too much waste, it reflected this totally-not good!!
The smokers table was right outside our room, and we could hear people chatting there the whole night long.

The staff were wonderful and fine all the time. the view of the downtown from my nice room was pleasant. In relation to the decent price paid, it was an unusual place to stay with exceptional service. I didn't feel like leaving and will be returning here soon.

It is located in Chinatown very close to downtown Los Angeles, 2 blocks from the Chinatown station of the Gold Line subway that in one stop arrives at Union Station. You can also walk in 15 minutes to Union Station and then take the Red Line subway to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room was very spacious, with a king size bed, a desk with a chair, a small table with an armchair, closet, drawers and a good size TV. The bathroom was separated from the antebaño and was very practical. The breakfast is the normal one in this chain, bills, muffins, bread, cereals, eggs, bacon, potatoes, some fruit, coffee and 2 juices. Also a machine to prepare waffles. The Chinese lady who looks after the place is very nice and is attentive to what people need.
The reception is very small. Only 2 chairs to sit on if one needs to make time to wait for a taxi. A bit stingy with the cleaning supplies. One small shampoo and conditioner for 2 people. I would have liked it to have a microwave as they have other hotels of this chain where I have been. Very slow wifi. It was a struggle to send whatsapp or read the paper because I was disconnected every time. They have to urgently improve this issue since we all want to be in communication today.

The breakfast spread was abundant and easy on the wallet. 🍳 the location here is amazing, right in the heart of Chinatown. the establishment could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

General maintenance below standard/cleanliness below standard/ neither internet or TV functioned in the room/ overall impression depressing. The Contenental breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced. Observed bread that had fallen on floor placed back in bread rack.
Although the beds were comfortable and sheets appeared clean, room was generally below cleanliness standards of competition

The hotel is furnished in a great style and this style is continued in the room. I especially liked the shower with the waterfall shower head. The bed was large and perfectly adequate for the two of us. The breakfast was extensive and there was something for everyone.
We think the view was not so nice (looked directly at the house roof) and the balcony was not accessible.
